2023：Transition and Innovation: Sharing New Opportunities, Promoting New Development

With the theme of Transition and Innovation: Sharing New Opportunities, Promoting New Development, this year's Forum will include an opening ceremony, two plenary sessions, twelve parallel sessions, a dialogue between mayors and a closing ceremony.

The forum expects officials, experts and participants from government departments, international multilateral institutions, academe, and enterprises. High-level experts will share their knowledge to address climate change on topics, such as, climate change policies in Asia-pacific region; carbon pricing; emerging mitigation and adaptation technologies; digitalization for green development; strategies and paths for carbon neutrality in regions; trade, investment and climate change in Asia and the Pacific; public private partnership for green and low-carbon development; innovative financing mechanisms for climate change; and ADB projects in the PRC that promote sustainable development.

The 2023 Forum will be held both online and offline, with live streaming in Chinese and English.
